Comprehensive Medical Coverage
Our PPO medical plan covers medical and prescription expenses, and has an attached vision benefit and a $25,000 life insurance benefit. There are two medical benefit options for the base plan with different deductibles, coinsurance, and co-pays. The employee can choose which plan best meets their needs.
Dental Insurance
Our dental plan recognizes the importance of preventative care, but also covers basic and major care procedures. The dental coverage is available without a medical plan option.
Prescription Plan
The medical coverage includes a prescription plan that allows you to fill your prescriptions through a nation-wide network of pharmacies. A mail order prescription program is also available at discounted prices.
Vision Care
Our vision plan pays 100% up to the calendar year maximum and is available as a stand-alone benefit.
Life, Accidental Death and Dismemberment
We offer a $15,000 life and accidental death and dismemberment benefit as a stand-alone benefit without a questionnaire or physical.
Short Term Disability
This benefit provides protection against the loss of income due to disability from injury or sickness that lasts longer than 14 days, up to 90 days. Qualified employees receive a percentage of their base salary. Short term disability is provided to all salaried employees after the ninety day waiting period.
Long Term Disability
Long term disability pays a percentage of your salary for qualified periods of incapacity lasting longer than ninety days, and is available through our life insurance carrier. Premiums vary by age and salary.
401 (k)
Our 401 (k) plan allows employees to save a portion of their earnings on a pre-tax basis for retirement. Employees are eligible to participate if they are 18 years old and have completed twelve months of service. The company makes a matching contribution.
Cafeteria Plan
Through the cafeteria (Section 125) plan, you can pay for all of your benefit premiums through payroll deductions, and many of them with pre-tax income.
Sick Time
The company provides (24) twenty-four hours of sick pay annually to salaried employees beginning on their first day of work.
Personal Time Off (PTO)
Accrual of personal time off (PTO) begins for salaried employees on their first day of work and increases in amount as length of service increases. Salaried employees may accrue up to a maximum of 20 days each year.

Our company is proud to provide excellent training programs through our affiliation with YUM Brands which provides excellent job and leadership training courses.
Performance Based Bonus
All salaried restaurant managers are eligible for restaurant performance bonuses. Bonuses are based on several factors, including length of restaurant service and meeting restaurant sales, profit, and operational performance targets. Bonuses are paid quarterly.
Annual Reviews
We believe in rewarding employees for their performance in meeting financial and operational targets, and annual reviews are an integral part of that process.
Uniforms
We provide our restaurant employees with the proper equipment and uniforms to successfully perform their job at no cost on their part.
Meal Discounts
Each of our restaurants provides a generous meal discount for employees. Salaried managers receive complimentary meals when on duty at their restaurant.
Recognition Programs
Our company promotes and advances the recognition process on a daily basis with several programs and opportunities to benchmark the success of our employees, including CHAMPS, Mystery shops, BSC etc.
Qualified Leaves
We understand that employees may require time off due to illness, injury, or personal situations. Because of this the company offers Family Medical Leave (FMLA) as well as Personal Leave of Absence, which may be granted on a case by case basis when FMLA does not apply.
Direct Deposit
The company offers the option of a direct deposit program where your pay is deposited directly into your personal bank checking or savings account.
